Other Information:
House Rules:
Like any condominium, Kamaole Sands has a few house rules that all
residents and guests should follow. They're pretty simple. Here's
a list of most of them:
- Don't hang
towels or wet clothing on the lanai railings. Hanging them over
the backs of the lanai chairs works well.
- No fires or
barbecues on the property, except in provided gas grills. If you
want a charcoal fire, it's a quick trip across the street to
Kamaole Beach Park III.
- Quiet Hours
are 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
